Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc., is looking to provide an experienced licensed Therapist with a background in social work and/or mental health care, a stimulating and rewarding career as an Outpatient Child Therapist. This Therapist will join our Outpatient Clinic found in Avon, Indiana, providing therapy and coordinating treatment to all ages of youth with our clinical team.

For Therapists licensed with LCSW, LCAC, LMHC, LMFT, the minimum starting salary is $57,500-60,000 and may be higher based on experience.

For recent graduates licensed with LSW, LMHCA, LMFTA, or LCACA, the minimum starting salary is $50,000 and clinical supervision hours are provided at no cost.

As an Outpatient Child Therapist, you will complete diagnostic assessments, formulate treatment plans, and supply ongoing individual, family and group therapy. Essential to this position is the ability to supply care proper to the mental health needs of the individual and family. As well as consider and use the information presented by the individual and the referral source to formulate treatment planning that is specific to his or her mental health needs.

Education and experience needed:  

• A Master's degree in (MSW) Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapist is required.
• Two years of post-Master's clinical experience is desired.
• Licensed as LCSW, LCAC, LMHC or LMFT in Indiana is preferred.
• Licensed as LSW, LCACA, LMHCA, or LMFTA in Indiana is acceptable.
